Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that we don't process orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery:

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

 

  • TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

    Transit time is (3-8) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    Order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

    Delivery Terms:
    We use UPS/FedEx to deliver the product.

    SHIPPING COST

    Shipping charge $12 of all orders in the USA

    We Do Not Charge Any Membership

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this moment. 

Shipping Errors and Returns:

If there is an error with your shipping address, please content us  as soon as possible so we can correct the error before the order is shipped. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional cost.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide instructions for returning the item for a refund or exchange.

Tracking Your Order:

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email.

This will take you to the carrier's website where you can see the current status of your package. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email or cannot locate your tracking number, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
